COURSES
With the Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano, learning never stops. Music education and outreach are an integral part of our artistic mission: alongside our concert programmes, we offer a range of courses designed for those who wish to deepen their understanding of music, listen more attentively, and experience it first-hand.
Our music history courses explore different periods, composers, and musical forms through a variety of perspectives, from guided listening sessions on the great symphonic masterpieces to the analysis of musical language and its evolution. Each course is complemented by a subscription package to concerts from the Symphonic Season, allowing participants to experience live the works explored in class and transform listening into an even more meaningful and rewarding experience.
Alongside study, there is also the pleasure of active participation. The Singing for the Tone-Deaf course is designed for those who believe they “cannot sing” but would like to challenge themselves and give it a try. In a welcoming and supportive environment, participants work on listening skills, rhythm, breathing, and pitch, discovering that singing is a skill that can be developed—and, above all, a wonderful way to connect with others.
This season also introduces a new programme for younger participants: Choral Preparation for children aged 4 to 7. Through play and creativity, this course provides an introduction to singing and ensemble music-making, nurturing listening skills, self-expression, and curiosity from an early age.
Three different opportunities, one shared belief: music belongs to everyone, and it becomes even more enriching when we learn about it, listen to it, and practise it ourselves.

SUPPORT THE ORCHESTRA

NEW INSTRUMENTS, NEW SEASON, NEW ENERGY
Two years ago, our community achieved something extraordinary: raising over €55,000 in just 30 days to provide the Orchestra with a new set of timpani. Today, with the 2026/27 Season approaching, we are aiming for a new goal: to raise €30,000 to renew the Orchestra’s percussion instruments and continue ensuring the artistic excellence of our concerts.
